The Walking Dead star Norman Reedus was bit by a female fan at a zombie fan convention over the weekend!
The 46-year-old actor was given a small bite on the chest, but since he was not injured in the attack, he has decided not to press charges, TMZ reports.
Reports say security was standing right near Norman when the bite took place, and as soon as they noticed something amiss, they jumped into action. The woman has been banned from future events.
The bite did not break skin and he was able to continue the meet and greet.
“What the f**k was that!?,” Rooker allegedly exclaimed in response to the incident. Almost immediately, security restrained Grover who was soon banned from the convention.
Showing he’s more rational than his character Daryl Dixon, Reedus declined to press charges against the superfan as, TMZ reports, “it was only a nibble.”
Sure, the actor has been known to lick his friend’s faces but this was definitely an uninvited advance.
For what it’s worth, Grover seems sorry for her actions as she says on her Instagram, “Finally got to meet the love of my life, and get banned from the rest of the CON and lose two more $100 photo ops with him because I lost my mind,”
Perez Hilton reports, “I got so excited standing beside him … & just turned my head and bit him! I don’t know what came over me. It wasn’t my intention to hurt him. I’m sorry Norman.”
