'Walking Dead' Season 6: Love for Daryl Dixon and Psychologist? (SPOILERS)

The ending of season 5 heralded a lot of things, foremost of which is the main antagonist for season 6: wolves. They were last seen digging through a backpack for pictures of Alexandria and keeping it for reference as their potential target. The gripping action thriller series continues to gain a following for the new twists, and for season 6, this includes three new cast members and a potential love interest for Daryl Dixon.

It was the Spoiling Dead Fans on Facebook who first teased the photos of the wolves on Alexandria safe house grounds according to a report by the India International Business Times. The Spoiling Dead fans are hardcore enthusiasts of the show who are known for providing realtime spoilers based on filming locations and details available to them.

The International Business Times of UK picked up casting call information from Cleveland for a character named Allison that may or may not serve as a potential love interest for Daryl Dixon. Prior to this floating possibility, Dixon has been rumored to be gay by the fans. The said new character, according to the posted casting call, is required to be in the 20s to 40s range, a psychologist who is smart and artful as a professional but messy and awkward in her own personal affairs. She serves as the first of the three new cast members introduced for season 6.

The other two characters are Tucker, the tough and diligent character who values fairness, and an oppositely characterized sarcastic and cynical cast member named Delvin according to a report by Melty. Some fans speculate that the character of Allison the psychologist has similarities to the comic book doctor counterpart but that will entail getting another character named Heath for her love interest, if it were true. The character replacements were half-expected by fans since there were deaths in season 5 that need replacing in Dixon's team of anti-zombies.

Since filming has already begun, more spoilers can be expected of the show from its hardcore fans according to Ecumenical News.
