Things are ramping up toward the finale of season seven of The Walking Dead. Right now, Rick’s trying to get other communities on his side to take on Negan in a fight. As we learned in this past episode, Sasha and Rosita aren’t really keen on waiting around for things to happened. The duo made a pact to take down Negan together.
There was an interesting tidbit in the scene where they make the pact as Sasha demands to be the one to take the shot. After what Negan did to Abraham and Glenn, there’s no doubt Sasha wants to exact her revenge. She keeps it at a lower demeanor than Rosita but the rage is the same.
However, with these two not waiting for the communities align and being up to their own plan, it’s likely that something could end up going wrong. They’re not necessarily thinking logically and on a show like The Walking Dead, it usually spells doom for someone.
It wouldn’t be surprising to see these two fail and then Negan kill one or the other.
Is there however something going outside of the show that could hint toward Sasha’s character being killed off from the program?
Uproxx posted an article speculating if it could be the end of her character, in part to Sonequa-Martin-Green taking a part in the new Star Trek series. How many times have we seen over and over in television, when an actor or actress takes a job on another program they get killed off on the other.
Everything feels like it’s lining up for someone to die in this bad attempt. The signs point to Sasha but it could honestly end up being anyone at this point. There’s going to be more blood shed on the show before things change.
