The first trailer for Season 6 of "The Walking Dead" has finally arrived and it's a doozy. The clip shows chaos and danger within the Alexandria Safe-Zone. More importantly, Rick and Morgan's reunion isn't going as planned.
The original members of the Safe-Zone take exception to Rick's kill or die strategy, especially with more residents dying. And Morgan is taking on a big role this season.
"The world isn't what you thought it was anymore," he tells Deanna. "But you still know your way."
Morgan says he knows Rick and can stop the Ricktatorship. He convinces Deanna to let him lead the community. Expect conflict between Rick and Morgan to be at the center of Season 6.
The trailer leads us to believe that Rick points a gun at Morgan. However, that's likely an editing trick. The scene in question is ripped straight from the comic book when Rick puts Nicholas in his place (not Morgan).
There's also a key shot of a massive group of walkers invading the Safe-Zone, which suggest either the Wolves are unleashing their army of zombies or the TV show is about to veer into the comic's zombie-herd territory, which leads to the tearing down of the community's walls.
There is no actual shot of the Wolves. But the trailer ends with Daryl tied up with a gun pointed at his face. Has Daryl been captured by the Wolves or is this another threat? (The latter is more likely). Either way Daryl's in big trouble (They like teasing his death, don't they?).
