The Spoiling Dead Fans has shared set photos of Michonne hanging out with a mysterious character. The images were taken too far away to tell who the guy is, but sources told The Spoiling Dead Fans the actor has never been spotted on set before.
The actor appears to be a young black male, which fits the description of Heath from The Walking Dead comics. The timeline of the show would fit perfectly for an introduction to Heath in the series. In short, Heath is Alexandria’s Glenn. Heath is their best guy for going out on runs and knows the area very well.
The Walking Dead season 5 did not introduce Heath, and his character’s job was given to Deanna’s son Aiden. With Aiden gone, the crew is going to need someone who knows the area to help them gather supplies.

There’s also a possibility the mystery character may be someone created for The Walking Dead series. AMC has not confirmed a character named Heath is joining their cast, so most of the information is purely speculative.
However, Heath does play a role in The Walking Dead comics when the villain Negan comes to town. Don’t get your hopes up about seeing Negan, though. The show is no where close to introducing the villain and a lot needs to go down in Alexandria before Rick’s crew is ready to take on another catastrophe.
